Born from persuasion!

Our main drive in getting started with Peddy was our personal discontent about how certain HRM processes were organised and how poorly they were supported by existing systems. That clearly had to change.

We believed that in this respect, we could improve the world at least a little. Because work should be fun and energising. This requires a positive culture, where people are encouraged to develop themselves by collaborating and helping each other. Appreciating each other for the things that are going well.
