Tips & tops
At any moment employees can ask a number of colleagues or (internal) clients about their strengths (Tops) and weaknesses (Tips).
Giving compliments
Give your colleagues an energy boost by complimenting them through Peddy when they do a good job. Show them that their talent is being noticed.
Specific Feedforward
The employee can ask a number of colleagues or an (internal) customer a Feedforward question at all times in order to learn something about a specific topic.
Setting and achieving objectives
Peddy helps you define your personal or team objectives and links them to your coach or superior.
Translating organisational goals to team objectives and then to personal objectives, increases your individual employees goal-orientation and effectiveness. Thes objectives can be entered into Peddy. This way Peddy supports the employees in achieving their objectives, which includes reminders and alerts.
Self-assessment
Allows the employees to reflect and learn from each objective that has been attained.
Every objective has a specific beginning and end. We often achieve our objective without taking the time to reflect and learn from these goals. Peddy allows you to conclude each objective with a self-assessment and reflection or with compliments from your coach.
